I am very sorry to notice your question on the forum so late.

Perhaps you have not installed MSFileReader properly, so that the pParse plug-in 
in pLink cannot convert raw data. You can check out this tutorial: 
https://github.com/pFindStudio/pLink2/wiki/FAQ#how-to-install-msfilereader.

In addition, you can follow this tutorial to verify that MSFileReader software 
was successfully installed and that pParse can convert raw files properly, 
https://github.com/pFindStudio/pLink2/issues/68.

I trust you are well. I am attempting to do a search with pLink but 
unfortunately am getting this error.
