Hi. The path is correct currently. However, the data type of .raw file is CID&IT, while the setting of pFind is HCD&FT. You may need to check the instrument setting of pFind. Additionally, it seems that no MS1 scan contained in the .raw. And the search may not be able to complete successfully.

Hi. Thanks for reaching out. Whitespaces, Chinese, or other special symbols are not allowed in the path of task, .raw file, or .fasta file. Please move the data to another folder and try again.
