Issue 78: pGlyco3 issue

Goodmorning,
 
I am using pGlyco 3 to interpret glycopeptides MS/MS spectra, however when the 
processing stops the software has analyzed only few peptides MS/MS spectra 
(about only 5 peptides on many more). How could fix this issue, so as to analyze 
all the pool of glycopeptides that I have ?
