Issue 79: pParse运行报错

运行pParse对RAW文件进行转出mgf文件时，提示cannot use xtract to extract signals的错
误，这个是什么问题？这个RAW文件直接用pfind和pglyco软件进行搜库没有问题，也能生成对
应mgf文件，但是我单独调用pparse对RAW文件进行转格式操作则提示该问题。
