Hi,
1. For pLink that has been released, CID+ETD(MS2) flow requires having both
CID and ETD spectra.
2. For DSSO(CID+EThcD)/DSSO(HCD+ETD)/DSSO(HCD+EThcD), pLink is not well
supported at the moment. XlinkX is recommended.
3. pLink is developing a SteppedHCD(MS2) flow. Please, look forward to it. It
will have better performance.

Hello,
I got to know that pLink currently only supports CID+ETD MS/MS for DSSO. I have
two questions for DSSO below down,
1. If the data only contains one single fragmentation (CID or ETD), but not
both CID and ETD, would the pLink search and analyse this data normally?
2. Does the pLink support DSSO(CID+EThcD)?
3. Does the pLink support DSSO(HCD+ETD) or DSSO(HCD+EThcD)?
