Hello! I have some questions about pGlyco results interpretation. How to filter 
the results by total score, pepscore and glyscore? Is there a recommended cut off 
value? And how to deal with the cases when some results have high total score but 
low pepscore or glyscore? Is it neccessary to check every PSM graph?
