Hi,

1. For pLink that has been released, CID+ETD(MS2) flow requires having both 
CID and ETD spectra.

2. For DSSO(CID+EThcD)/DSSO(HCD+ETD)/DSSO(HCD+EThcD), pLink is not well 
supported at the moment. XlinkX is recommended.

3. pLink is developing a SteppedHCD(MS2) flow. Please, look forward to it. It 
will have better performance.
