1. Please enter the folder and find the corresponding file.
2. Right click, and select `Properties`. See file 17.
3. There will be a dialog like file 18. If the `Read-only` is checked, it means that 
you don't have write access to the file/folder.
4. Please try to uncheck `Read-only`.
