Good morning pParse,

We're currently trying to run .raw data files through the pLink2 software 
program but are having problems. As there seem to be several issues in the 
console output, I've attached a screenshot of the error message we get. When the 
issue occurs, we are greeted with the "Contact pparse@ict.ac.cn for help" 
message in the console. We are relatively new users to this software and so any 
help you could provide would be much appreciated. Are you able to help us figure 
out what is happening?
