After multiple tests, it seems that pLink2 crashes if the variable modifications 
are set too many or the database contains too many proteins. So I'm wondering if 
you have a guide or documentation for all the command prompts that allow the user 
to run the search in cmd/shell. I totally respect your intellectual property 
rights, this is only for the automation of multiple searches.
