Dear, you can try using MSConvert 
(https://proteowizard.sourceforge.io/tools/msconvert.html)to convert these files to 
MGF format for searching.

Please check the operation, you need to unzip all the files after downloading the 
pParse into the bin folder of the pFind installation directory, (about 42 overwritten 
files).
