I'm trying to use pFind to search some mzml files. pFind seems to run fine, but 
in the end tells me that it achieved a 0% ID rate, and pBuild summary is empty. 
This problem is not unique to these files, and has happened with another set of 
mzml files as well. Other search engines were able to identify peptides and 
proteins using the same mzml and fasta file. Also included is the log file.

Any idea what is going wrong?
